Cabot Mill Antiques will be celebrating
23 years in business, with 20% off storewide discounts on Saturday November 2nd
and Sunday November 3rd! This festive, event filled shopping weekend

Cabot Mill Antiques is located in the
beautifully restored historic Fort Andross building on the Androscoggin River at
14 Maine Street in Brunswick Maine. The antique mall is conveniently located
close to restaurants including two in the Fort Andross building, Bowdoin

Daniel Buck Soules has been involved in
the sale and appraisal of Antiques and Fine Art since the early 1970’s. He
started his career in the family antiques business as a very young man and
began auctioneering in 1975. With more than forty years of auction and
estate sales experience Mr. Soules specializes in Americana, principally 18th
and 19th centuries, Shaker items and 19th and 20th
century paintings. Daniel has been involved with museums, organizations, and
historical commissions throughout New England for over twenty years.

Mr. Soules appeared for eleven years as
an independent appraiser in Decorative Arts and Collectibles on the PBS
television program “Antiques Roadshow”.

community.

Architectural Historian and Author Scott Hanson will present Restoring Your Historic House: The Comprehensive Guide for Homeowners on Saturday November 2nd from 11:00am to 12:30pm.

Mr. Hanson is a Maine based artist,
author, and architectural historian who lives in the 19th century
home, Whitten House in the Mid-coast. Scott has built his career around Maine’s
historic architecture with a stint as the city of Portland’s preservation
planner and as consultant on many historic rehabilitation projects. Scott has restored
his own 1828 home, Whitten House, which has been featured on the HGTV program, If
Walls Could Talk
. His published works include:
